    I ordered a pizza online 30 minutes before closing, I needed it delivered. But I figured it's literally a 3 minute drive... It said order placed, my card was charged, and I paid $7.00 Delivery fee... Thought everything was good. As I'm waiting and wondering where my pizza is... I look at clock it's 20 min past closing I go into my emails.... And it says that they couldn't get a hold of me....nobody tried to get a hold of me! Said there was a issue with card... There is no issue with the card. My card was charged. This is poor communication on their part. And this is ridiculous. As a single mom, after a long day needed something late and quick to feed my teens and now I gotta figure something out. This is BS!!!

    Don’t even bother here. The wait to receive your order is ridiculous. It took 20 mins AFTER I got a text saying my order was ready to get it. When I arrived it had not even been started. I was on my lunch break. So that took the whole time just waiting in store for what should have been done. Also this was me trying to give them a second chance knowing they were a little skimpy on topping in the papabowl. So I made sure to click extra every thing I wanted in the bowl. But when I got it you could see the bottom of the bowl on both papabowl in the order. The skimpiest thing I have ever received. Extremely shallow. Worse than the previous time I ordered it. I reached out via the website because I didn’t have time to go back to the store or call and complained it’s been 12 days and I keep getting told they’ll have the store call. Nope no call no resolution. Just horrible service and product. Don’t waste your money here.
