  Counter people either dont have ears or dont listen. Had to get a refund 30 secs after tell the cashier what I wanted. Lobby messy and homeless people hanging at the front door.

  You should take their mobile ordering away from this location. People do mobile orders to get their stuff faster not to be behind every person in drive through. I should have gone to the one off stabler. Always better.

  I wanted as stated on line the big breakfast, no pancakes. The gal told me it comes with a "regular" muffin. So I got to the window and said online it said a buscuit, hashbrowns, sausage and eggs ( scrambled). I asked what kind of muffin, oatmeal, chocolate chip, ???. She couldn't give me an answer except "regular". I informed her I didn't want a muffin and she asked if I wanted a side of eggs instead. That would be great. I paid for the meal with unsweetened tea. Got the receipt and noticed all I got was a side of eggs. Nothing else. I told the next person that I wanted the big breakfast no muffin. He just kind of looked at me funny. I said obviously she didn't understand the assignment. Got my food and drink and left. I ended up getting an order of hashbrowns at BK. When I got to my destination I got fake eggs in a square. They were disgusting. My dog got it. Never again. The food has definitely gone down hill.

  My smoothie was just delivered and is half full. And deliver didn't take long from time I ordered. I have ordered cold drinks before.

  Me and my husband went there last night to get some food we started to order. The guy told us he couldn’t understand us so we went to the window to order paid went to the second one note to pick up our order lady says can you wait over therefor our order? The lady brings out an order it’s not the right. For our order? The lady brings out a order it’s not the right order so then my husband goes back in there and the kid that took our order started to get nasty with him so my husband just feared I’ll go way back in the car because he was gonna go up on him so we waited brought out the food. His big neck is not there so my husband had to go in there and say hey where’s the big Mac nutshell when we got home open my nuggets and they looked weird. I tried one I got this. Don’t taste right OK maybe they change your recipe and I’ll go to eat the second one same thing these were old nuggets. You guys serve me last night and now I’m sick this morning from it. I will never eat at your establishment again and I’ll make it known out there don’t nobody eat there
