    Food was mediocre, very pricey and on top of that, no refills. Refills don't cost the company money. I would have to get 500 refills for it to affect their costs.

    Never have I ever been to a fast food joint where I got refused for a refill. Also they don’t have a soda fountain out in the lobby like WTH man whose idea was that you have to purchase a new drink to get a refill. As I was leaving last night I wanted to refill my son’s drink before we left 6year and a 3 year old. Do better

    This place has 2 drive through lanes for no reason, takes one order at a time there is 7 cars stacked up and no one can get there order taken joke of an establishment

    Got 2 apple pies both were still frozen. Went back the guy said I can warm the ones you have or make new ones but it will be 12 minutes. His attitude obviously said he didnt want to take the 12 minutes to make me 2 pies. Nice service.....

    I have never had to write a review before. I despise it. This has been an ongoing issue for me at this location. I have worked in customer service all my life and this location by far has the worst. It is absolutely ludicrous. Time is very important, and I don't think I am being unreasonable, because I have never had to write a review before until today. While the staff is always all smiles. I truly can't believe that they continuously drop the ball on me every time. The very first thing they will ask me going through the drive thru is "Hi, will you be using the mobile app?" The service was quicker when I didn't use the mobile app. I would at least get my 2 Double Cheeseburgers in timely fashion. Why are you going to ask me if I'm using the mobile app if you're just going to send me to the front of the store anyways. I might as well have just walked in. Not just one time, but several times. It has become so much of an issue that I will actually click on my phone saying that I am there 10 minutes prior to my arrival. Still, today after 10 minutes of saying I'm there. With no cars in the drive thru, I was told to pull around to the front for 2 Double cheeseburgers. I'm sure if you look in the McDonalds manual, it should take a max of 3 minutes to produce. Maybe if they were busy 10 minutes right? You would think, but no I will get sent to the front of the store and told to wait an additional 10 minutes. What happened to fast food? At this rate, I could have gone to Walmart bought a grill, set it up, and cooked my own double cheese burgers, and eaten them before they got me my double cheeseburgers. It's happened so many times that I joke with my girlfriend about it, she didn't believe. I told if it happened they were going to hear my wrath. She laughed, jokingly I called her as I'm going in to the drive thru after 10 minutes of saying I'm there of course. I had a glimpse of hope when the cashier told me, "She had that ready for me and my receipt would be at the first window" I got my receipt. I also received notice that I was the lucky winner who had wait. I've probably lost a full work week in the year that I've worked by this location just waiting on the world to change. Please fix it. It's not the ice cream machine, the drive thru and the mobile app should not be broken. Thank you. -The City of Yuba City.
