The stamp card gets you $10 off as soon as you fill it up and that doesn't take very long for us! I absolutely love the quality of the food, the inviting atmosphere and I cannot say enough great things abiut the staff! Give this place and try; you will be hooked! I promise!

Not overly sweet, not overpowering just layered and authentic. Every bite tasted like it took time and care mix it with the delicious rice the best!! And the chiles rellenos? I’ll be honest they’re the second best I’ve ever had… right after my mom’s. And that says a lot. Perfectly cooked, great texture, and full of flavor without being greasy. Las Brasas never disappoints. If you’re thinking about trying something traditional and done right, get the mole or the chiles rellenos. You’ll understand.

However, the potato tacos were just like eating nothing but fried tortilla. Where were the papas?! Less than a tablespoon of filling. I like that they put all the garnishes on the side (cabbage, salsa, queso, crema) so you can put it on yourself. But, there's no point of getting these if there's no filling. Just stick to the burritos. Update: Las Brasas reached out and informed me that the potato tacos are intentionally barely filled as an homage to the traditional "tacos de nada," back in Mexico. Which is totally fine! But!!! That type of move definitely needs to come with some education on the menu. Especially when I've gotten tacos [dorado] de papa an infinite amount of times during lent and I've never had them with such scarce filling. Lesson learned.
