CONS: inappropriate unacceptable music that's also too loud sometimes, unacceptable wait time, inaccurate orders, and this time we got a terrible broista! Every time we pick up at the window our wait is pretty unpleasant but this day was the worst and the customer service was terrible too so we finally decided enough is enough. This location is always playing very loud and extremely inappropriate music which is unacceptable with the fact that there are children that visit Dutch Bros because families love the drinks, not just adults. Every time we've been to this specific location they are playing music that's very sexually explicit, uses profanity, and even says demonic/satanic things. And to make it worse it's extremely loud to the point you hear it driving by. Usually most of the workers here are pretty nice but tonight we ordered ahead but when we arrived on-time but the broista said our order wasn't ready, she said she'd make it and it'd be ready soon, then she rudely motioned over to the seating area to tell us to go wait. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes in the cold while loud, extremely inappropriate music played the entire time while children were present, so we went to ask again if our drinks were ready but the girl that was making our drinks was gone and a different broista apologized for the wait but found our drinks and apologized because apparently they were ready a long time ago but the 1st rude broista didn't communicate with anyone nor gave us our drinks. And to top everything off, our light ice drink had regular ice, while our regular ice drink was almost full of ice and barely any drink. My suggestions are that ALL Dutch Bros locations should have a policy that allows family-safe music only. And this specific location needs to ALSO better train our terrible broista on communication and friendly service.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
