  They always be getting my orders wrong or give me a completely different thing from what I ordered. Then they want the to pay again to get what I had originally ordered in the first place.

  I absolutely love my Dutch bros coffee stand! My goto drink of choice is the Golden Eagle blended picture perfect! I go everyday.

  Im not a coffee drinker but I buy them for a friend, she loves this stuff. I've had a fruit drink from there and I enjoyed it. If she were too write a review on the coffee it would be like this "I cant live without my coffee and the products they have are the best. My coffee needs are always met and with an extra shot in it, WOW!!" As for me, the service is always great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place for coffee if you like that sort of thing.

  November 24, 2025: PROS: good-tasting drinks IF they make them correctly and on time. CONS: inappropriate unacceptable music that's also too loud sometimes, unacceptable wait time, too much talking instead of working, they forget about you sometimes which causes even longer wait times, and inaccurate orders. I deleted my last review where I was told by a pitiful automated response, to contact their support team. So I did! Here's my new review: Every time we pick up at the window our wait is pretty unpleasant, a while back was the worst day and the customer service was terrible too so we finally decided enough is enough. We started going to the other location in YC on Colusa Ave. Also, I immediately contacted Customer Support to complain about this location (Harter Pkwy) because they "responded" to me with a pitiful automated response and told me to contact their support team. The Customer Support team was actually kind enough to compensate me for our troubles and they said they'd be looking into the problems at this location. I appreciate it but I'm not sure if they have done what they said because we decided to give this location another chance tonight and it was still the same problems as before. I really don't think we'll be going back unless we hear they've gotten better. We definitely don't recommend this location. This Harter Pkwy location is always playing very loud and extremely inappropriate music which is unacceptable with the fact that there are children that visit Dutch Bros because families love the drinks, not just adults. Every time we've been to this specific location they are playing music that's very sexually explicit, uses profanity, and even says demonic/satanic things. And to make it worse it's extremely loud to the point you hear it driving by. Usually most of the workers here are pretty nice but they do talk so much they forget you're waiting outside at the pickup window in extreme weather sometimes EVEN if you ordered ahead. We've had to wait 15-20 minutes multiple times for ONE drink in extreme weather, no matter if we've ordered ahead or at the window. My suggestions are that ALL Dutch Bros locations should have a policy that allows family-safe music only. And this specific location needs to ALSO better train some of the broistas that are terrible, on communication, friendly service, accuracy, customer care, and respect.
