Don’t recommend this Dutch bros the other locations are better.

We get to the window and we explained our issue with our drinks being wrong and to please correct it quickly (all they had to do was pour it into another cup and add boba.) The girl looked clueless and sent someone else over who rudely stated that if we wanted boba we would be charged. We explained that we did in fact order boba and the young kid even repeated boba back to us. The girl used the excuse that “he was new!” To make us pay a second time for their mistake is absolutely ridiculous. We will stay away from this location.

When i order 3 shots at the one by walmart, i can taste the 3 extra shots, when i go to the one on alturas it taste like chocolate and not like coffee almost like they never add the 3 shots i pay for. It is consistently this way too, shots are not cheap to add to an order and from how different it taste from one location to the other i am aware that i am not getting what i pay for. Sucks i have to travel across town to get my drink made right but i guess thats what it takes.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
