  When this store opened, the meat products were fantastic. Lately I have returned several fresh chicken and beef steak product because the food was rotten. Best before dates were at least a week ahead. The quality of both chicken, beef and pork has been sub par by a long shot. How can you have tough fillet? I will continue to shop for other items like produce but going elsewhere for my meat.

  Ryan Nesbitt, It appears that Save-On-Foods in Whitehorse has an ongoing issue that feels discriminatory toward people with babies. This is about the fifth time I’ve raised this. The carts with baby seats are always locked together, unavailable, or left outside. I have repeatedly asked managers and supervisors to ensure that at least one baby cart is available inside the store, but this continues to not be the case. The last two times, I had to ask people in the store for assistance just to get a cart. On top of that, these carts are often muddy and dirty. Please take a look at the attached photo: would you sit a baby in that seat? Last time, a supervisor assured me they would keep at least one cart inside for accessibility. Again, this has not been followed through. This is now the fifth time this has happened. Will you be doing something about this as a store manager or should I consider Save-On-Foods in Whitehorse discriminatory?

  It's a clean store that's very well laid out. Produce is fresh and things are easy to find.

  I have shopped here for years, still lots to love about it. However!, lately the music has been so loud and awful i literally had to walk out today and shop somewhere else. They also set up annoying, offensive TV advertisements, that yell at you as you entering the store or passing in the hallways. People need to concentrate when shopping, figuring out meals and such. I am just about done shopping at this store, its that bad, mostly in the back isles, but still, bad. They also changed their icing recipes with their cakes, like their black forest cake, its awful now, my family tells me to not get it anymore. This is new the last year or so, if they want to not lose their customers, i would suggest they go back to the old way. Because im about done with them, so i imagine im not the only one.
