- SCsean caoJul 2, 20265.0We ate two meals here, especially after returning from the Arctic Ocean; this place is truly a beacon of human civilization. A big thank you to the staff member (a handsome young man) who repeatedly prepared hot water for my mother, which was very important to her.

Staff called a manager and she came and told me they can’t give me a replacement because it’s my mistake to throw those fries like what? Do you guys even care about customer satisfaction? She was pretty rude and made a face while giving me the fries and told me if you do again you have to pay to get a new one. You work customer service and you should know how to talk to people. The other staff was great the only problem i had is with the manager.
