  I got my order to dine in and while picking up the fries drop by accident in front of the staff. Staff called a manager and she came and told me they can’t give me a replacement because it’s my mistake to throw those fries like what? Do you guys even care about customer satisfaction? She was pretty rude and made a face while giving me the fries and told me if you do again you have to pay to get a new one. You work customer service and you should know how to talk to people. The other staff was great the only problem i had is with the manager.

  Delicious, fast, easy. Liked the limited edition Chili Crisp Sandwich and the poutine was the best we’ve had from fast food so far!

  I'm American - driving through Canada with a hankerin for KFC... 1st mistake, thinking you're ever going to get the American version if anything, anywhere! Canadian KFC doesn't have mashed potatoes and gravy at all! The closest they have is poutine, which isn't very good. We drove off the main path to get there and it was a waste of time and a huge disappointment. They did however have a great space to park with a trailer & a straight exit area to escape.
