- LFLisa French2 days ago2.0Ordered 2 blizzards and the last 1/3 of both of the blizzards were plain vanilla ice cream. My cheesecake blizzard had zero cheesecake bits in it. The other blizzard had 4-5 bits. Disappointing visit.

Then acted surprised when I asked to return it. Then allegedly the ice cream and blizzard were exchanged in record time. I called manager, only to tell me he doesn't know what to say and claimed that the owner will call me, which never happen. Is this a new norm in Whitehorse for basic hygienic services. With the Cole going around you might want to consider your choices.

By that time, they had served at least 10 people who had come after us.. meaning they received their food including burgers. Our ice cream was melted by the time we got it. They had at least 6 people working so it wasn’t due to lack of staff.
