    Went in there to get some thing they were out of quite a bit of stuff. The server went to put mayonnaise on one of our sandwiches and proceeded to try to use an empty container and had to put barely any mayonnaise on the sandwich we ordered and when I got into the car, I realized my sandwich was not cut. I will not be going back here.

    Walked in and the only person working was a girl talking on the phone and ignoring us and when we asked to use a coupon she looked at us like we just ruined her whole life I’m worried maybe this town is weird or smth

    They chose white bread for me even though I wanted something else. Out of half the veggies I wanted. She was talking on the phone the whole time I ordered. Asked for extra sauce but they kept putting on a tiny bit each time I asked. Wouldn't toast sandwich. Asked for 2 cookies only got one. Asked for the other cookie and got ignored because she was talking on phone. Wouldnt add oil and vinegar or salt and pepper. Sandwich was dry and barely had any veggies on it. 3rd time stuff like this has happened when I go in.

    Placed an online order 15 minutes before arriving. Walked in to no one in the store, OR behind the counter. A young lady finally walked out and asked me if I had pickup, figured it was done and I would be on my way. She then begins to actually make my sandwich, pulls out her phone with the same gloves she is touching my sandwich with. Ordered double protein and was not given that. Will not be back.
