  apparently I have not been 2 a McDonald's in a while... one must order through a kiosk, employees stay in the back room unless they're bringing out an order... they don't seem 2 have any desire to acknowledge customers presence and were put off when I hollerd back at one of them to ask for napkins... cause there weren't any out where the customers are. Also, NO DRINK REFILLS.

  1 star mostly because of the worker and no refills. No refills at a fast food spot is pretty wild. Also the black lady that's working today is Hella rude. Dropped our drink and blamed my girl for it then started getting super loud and giving attitude with this older couple who didn't know how to use the app so she got all frustrated with them and the lady wanted to leave. Not exactly a great employee to have here. Definitely not coming back.

  We are a family of 4 and live 2 miles away. My kids loved to eat Mcdonald food but we only come to this restaurant very seldom. Reason? One of the worst Mcdonald!!! Bad service in the front counter and to make it worst "NO DRINK REFILLS"!!!! One of the very few Mcdonald that do not give drink refills. No napkin dispenser, customers have to wait in line to ask for it. And, their burgers with cheese is only half, not a full square!!! Again, one of the very worst Mcdonald restaurant of them all

  Me gusta el cafe, pero si olvidas acomodar la tapa e inclinas este lado del baso te ¡bañas de café! Podrían resolver este problema. Gracias.

  had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. To be clear, the cashier a young lady was polite and respectful. However, the manager (who I believe was on the headset) was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. Instead of being polite and professional, the manager spoke in a disrespectful tone and made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, especially from someone in a management position. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers are treated with the courtesy they deserve.
