My refund issue had been pending with the office for two weeks with no resolution, but both Maria Grajeda and Maria Camarena were extremely helpful. They were polite, patient, and very thorough in handling my case. I appreciated their attention to detail and punctuality in following up and keeping their promises to call me back. I am so happy to have such dedicated employees at this location. Their professionalism and care make me feel confident in both the staff and the store.
