  I’d give this El Pollo Loco location 4 stars overall. It’s definitely a solid go-to spot for grilled chicken, especially if you’re looking for something quick and relatively healthier than typical fast food, but there are a few areas where it could really improve. Starting with the food — it’s good, but not as consistent as you’d hope from a brand that’s known for grilled chicken. The flavor is there, and when the chicken is fresh and properly grilled, it’s actually very enjoyable. But at times, it feels like it could be cooked better — either slightly dry or lacking that smoky, just-off-the-grill taste that really makes a difference. It’s not bad by any means, just not always hitting the level you expect. The sides are decent and do the job, but nothing particularly stands out as exceptional. Service-wise, the staff are okay. They’re not rude or unpleasant — everyone seems respectful and gets your order done — but the experience feels a bit flat. There’s not much warmth or energy, and it doesn’t feel like they go out of their way to create a great customer experience. A little more friendliness or attentiveness would definitely make this place feel more welcoming. The cleanliness and overall condition of the store is another area that could use improvement. It’s not dirty to the point where you wouldn’t eat there, but it doesn’t feel as clean or well-maintained as it should. Tables could be wiped down more frequently, and the general atmosphere could be a bit more polished. It just gives off the impression that it’s being maintained at a basic level rather than with real attention to detail. That said, despite these points, I still come back — and that says something. It’s convenient, the food is satisfying enough, and it’s a reliable option when you want grilled chicken without overthinking it. With better consistency in the food, a bit more effort from the staff, and improved cleanliness, this location could easily become a standout. Overall, a good choice for a quick meal, just not quite at that “excellent” level yet.

  Horrible service Jessica, Rude & poor attitude. I'll be emailing corporate, You delayed my time after I had already paid. To end the night I had to ask for a refund at the drive thru because you are incompetent on fixing a simple matter. You clearly have no customer service. You need more training. Good Luck.

  Great customer service restaurant looks clean the food is good employees are very nice and they have a good attitude It’s my first time visiting this restaurant and I am so happy .
