  These guys constantly miss food items. Like today for instance. I ordered 4 mcmuffins, hot cakes and 2 coffees. Got told to wait in the reserve line. They bring out the bag and I drive away. I should of checked the bag but at the same time if im in the reserved line that means you need extra time to prepare my order. Not extra time to give me half of my order. Now im out $10. Im not going back because It's going to cost $10 to go back with todays gas prices.

  I had issues at this location with items missing from my order. One time after ordering through a drive through, my order was delivered to a wrong vehicle. I went inside to speak with the manager, but they told me the order was already served. Update: After submitting a complaint through McDonald's website, I was contacted by the store manager. She offered a refund or a replacement order. I picked up a replacement order several days later. Since they did respond and committed to correcting the mishap, I am changing the rating. I would still check my order to ensure everything is there.

  This is my second order at this place and they always get my order wrong I order through DoorDash I know it’s not their fault it’s McDonald’s who doesn’t verify my orders correctly this place should check DoorDash orders correctly If I could give this place zero stars I would and can’t get a refund.

  . Make sure to check your orders before you leave. I don't think they've ever gotten my order, right also, when you order inside they make you order at the kiosk. That's the whole reason why I don't order on the app is because it doesn't give you the option of adding things like Mac Sauce, when I try to order at the counter they tell me just to go ahead and order it on the kiosk and they will make it right and they never do, I honestly think that they need somebody at the front counter
