- GGgritz an gravy1 day ago1.0Drink in the past have been streaky with quality but today upset me enough to write a review . I walked to the drive through with my brother waited in the drive thru area about 8 minutes was then approached by a worker who informed us of the walk up window to order on foot we walked to the walk up window and waited for 20 minutes without even one word said to us ! I don’t mind waiting but when 3 employees walk up to the window look you in the face and don’t even say “hey we will be with you in a moment “ this is unacceptable they did not want my business.
- S_Santiago _Mar 7, 20261.0Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my experience today. I recently went to Dutch Bros for my birthday and used my birthday reward to get a drink. I really enjoy Dutch Bros and often redeem rewards from points or birthday offers, but I’ve noticed that when I use a free reward, the drinks sometimes seem rushed compared to when I pay for them. For example, today I ordered a Dinosaur Egg, and it didn’t seem like it was mixed properly. The purple topping was all settled at the bottom, and the drink didn’t feel blended at all. It almost tasted like water with the syrup sitting at the bottom instead of being evenly mixed, and it didn’t seem to have the usual ice or texture I normally get with the drink. I completely understand that things can get busy (I was the only car there except for 1 other), but I would really appreciate the same quality and care in the drinks whether they are paid for or redeemed with rewards. I love Dutch Bros and just wanted to share this feedback so the experience can be consistent.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
