  I don't get Chipotle often 😞 I was super excited to finally get Chipotle at this location, I pass through this area very often so I have been wanting to try it. The service was great! The portions were decent and it was very clean. I ate in my car and gobbled everything up so fast it dripped all over my shirt, totally worth it 😁

  I’m honestly really disappointed with the service at Chipotle Mexican Grill. This isn’t a one-time issue—every time I come here, the staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like customers are a burden. There’s a clear lack of basic customer service, from poor attitudes to careless interactions at the counter. It makes what should be a quick, easy meal feel frustrating and uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to address how their team treats people, because this location is giving the brand a bad reputation. Until that changes, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

  The service at chipotle is HORRIBLE. Every single time I go in or order to go the employees are rude and disrespectful. They always have attitudes and seem like they hate working all together. Need to get it together

  Fast friendly service. The food was fresh. The food was made exactly as I ordered it. I loved the food. They do fund raisers for schools to. I love that they give back to the community.

  What is happening with humanity ? Why are we going to places we can’t even get the most basic customer service!!!!! ( What can I get you )! Then measuring how much rice you put in my and my kids plate. Are you kidding me. ? Then don’t even make me talk about how cheap they are when it comes to chicken or beef protein. I asked if I can get a little more guess what double charge at the cash register. This is not just this location all of them are a joke. In Denver Colorado Chipotle charged my kids kids meals with only shredded cheese and tortilla bread. What is wrong with this company and why are we not supporting our real local businesses. Once again I will never ever eat at this kind of rip off business. Even the food after I ate with my kids made us all feel sick. What a joke.
