I ordered a sandwich thru the app, had a receipt with the date, time stamps, store location and paid confirmation and they wouldn’t give me my $18 sandwich. The “manager” called the owner who allegedly said not to make my sandwich, even tho the manager saw and acknowledged my receipt. They didn’t refund me either.

The staff member preparing the food was difficult to understand, and when asked politely to repeat herself, she responded with noticeable attitude. Restaurants should strive to create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return. Unfortunately, the poor service and unprofessional behavior here do the opposite. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
