  This was my first time trying an açaí bowl from this place, and it was amazing! The açaí was perfectly blended — smooth, refreshing, and not too sweet. The fresh fruit on top was so vibrant and flavorful, and everything tasted super fresh and high quality. The toppings added just the right amount of crunch and sweetness, and you can tell they really put care into how they prepare everything. The portion was perfect — filling but still light. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. Everything was truly delicious, and I’ll definitely be back!

  If I could give zero stars I would! Their customer service is trash! You got them always on their phone, They don’t acknowledge when people walk up. They don’t say hello. You have to bang on the window in order for them to come even though they’re standing 1 foot away and ignore the fact that you’re there. then when they finally come to the window, they don’t say hello Or have basic customer service skills. I get the same thing every time and every time I come there is somebody new there and my drink taste different. Every time it taste worse. Isn’t there a recipe that the staff should be following in order to make the drinks? The wait times are absolutely ridiculous especially when there’s no one there it’s because all they do is talk and are on their phones. I ordered ahead one time and still had to wait 15 minutes for my drink when I got there! Absolutely ridiculous. Get rid of your staff who look like they all hate to be there and get new ones and teach basic customer service skills and manners. There were only two nice people I’ve ever encountered there. Everybody else has been terrible.

  The girl over there seems to be angry all the time . I ordered a shake with extra whey protein and asked her to put the extra in a cup for me. She trashed the rest!

  I have been a regular customer for over a year and I love wake-me-up shake or whatever it is. The shakes are delicious except that they are more carbs (sugar and sweet) than protein. I took a star off only because of their service. The girl working in the front (Asian, only mention to not be mistaken for anyone else) is often rude and not in a good mood. She interrupted me few times when I was trying to explain what I wanted and be like “yeah I know” without letting me finish.
