Visited two days in a row. Bagels are good but the service is horrendous. The staff is the most discontent and disinterested group of employees I have come across. Why so much disdain for their job and their customers?

This morning, I got an open face everything bagel With cream cheese and cucumber. I got home and opened it, and it looked like the bagel on the left. It came with Only three pieces of cucumber, and barely any cream cheese, I had to add more of both. At that point, of having to cut cucumbers and put on cream cheese, I could’ve made it myself. really disappointing, liked this place before

I used to really love Noah’s bagels. However, this location makes me never want to come in. The workers are so slow and honestly rude. Particularly this worker named Steven. I watched Steven talk down to several customers and make them feel bad and stupid. When a customer stated they wanted a cinnamon bagel, he went “Did you mean cinnamon raisin?” in the the most condescending way. The customer looked and sounded so defeated by the end of the interaction. The customers before and after this particular interaction had a very similar experience with him. I have no idea how that kind of behavior is tolerated. Also it just seems like the prices keep getting increased to the point where 2 sandwiches and drinks were well above $30. Since when is that normal? Overpriced, rude employees, and takes a long time. Save your energy and go somewhere else.
