- HRHeather RidenourFeb 18, 20265.0Morton’s is a must for Dine LA Restaurant Week!! Valet parking is $8, and I definitely recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a busy night. The bread they bring out while you're waiting is sooo good — but pace yourself! There are way too many delicious things coming your way to fill up early. For my starter, I went with the lobster bisque and honestly… I could come here just for a bowl of that any day. It’s that good. My center-cut filet mignon was cooked perfectly, and the Rémy Martin Sauce Au Poivre added just the right elevated touch. Sour cream mashed potatoes and creamed spinach? Classic, reliable, and never a letdown. The espresso pot de crème was very runny (more than I expected), but still tasty. I’ll probably stick with the crème brûlée next time. Service-wise, it hasn’t quite been a consistent five stars for me. The first time we dined here, our waiter was fantastic — he matched our energy and made the whole experience fun. The second time felt different. The waitress came off a bit condescending — over-explaining menu items, double-checking that I saw the price of a wine I'dordered, and insisting the dessert was “supposed” to be that runny. Definitely some room for improvement there. Overall though, the food keeps me coming back — and for Dine LA, it’s absolutely worth it.

We put in our order when our waiter came for our drinks and didn’t get our food until 10:15. When we did get our food our steaks and sides were cold. Extremely bad service for a tab of $200+ for 2. Do not come here on Valentine’s Day
