The degree of incompetence is impressive... 😡 Letting people order at the pickup window. Asking every customer at the window what they ordered. I specified I ordered a coffee only and was asked about four of the orders sitting there that weren't coffee. Then she tried to give me the wrong coffee.

Had an issue with some lady who parked in the handicap spot in front of establishment and walked all the way to the CVS located a good football field away. I have become inpatient these days when it comes to rude and entitled people.

So busy talking smack they get orders wrong. It's my third time coming here and the second time they've messed up on an order. 2 out of 3 orders wrong.
First order took them 25 min, they got the order wrong, I went to my car and checked, had to walk in and ask for them to correct the order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they gave me a bagel.
When you ask for condiments they seem upset. Ask for 3 ketchups, you get 2. Ask for any other condiment, they go to the back and talk smack. Come back with crusty dirty condiments so that you won't ask again.
Apparently mango pineapple smoothies are pink here and taste a lot like strawberry banana ones. 🤣 (see pic)
If your location doesn't like honoring coupons/promos then why participate? I don't know if the employees talk smack about everyone but when you use a coupon they definitely do.
