  The barista's were amazing, especially during opening day, it was crazy and they did their best! Whoever says otherwise are invalid. The prices are very questionable, the hot sizes are much smaller than starbucks but cost way more. I only tried a hot chai so their other drinks might be really good! Unfortunately for me, this was the worst thing I've ever had. It tasted like ginger and milk, no spices at all, and the cinnamon I added on top didn't even help due to how overpowering that ginger was. I would've loved to ask about it but unfortunately, it was very busy due to it just opening. So just maybe don't order their hot chai.

  Got to finally try the famous Princesstàrta matcha latte at Alfred's. It was smooth and creamy. I got it half sweetened and it was just perfect to start my day. I love this new coffee place in Topanga village. Service was really good. Very friendly staff.

  When I walked in, the shop still smelled like paint and chemicals. None of the staff were smiling, so the vibe felt pretty cold on top of that. While I was waiting, I watched the barista adjust the coffee dose right before tamping by scooping out the extra grounds with her bare hands — no gloves, no tool. I even got an email saying my drink was ready, but there was no drink with my name on the counter. Overall, it felt chaotic and not ready for customers. If basic hygiene is this hard to maintain, maybe don’t make coffee right in front of customers — they honestly should’ve waited to open until things were actually under control.

  Best Coffeee ✨ I like my coffee simple, just a plain Latte, and guess what, I can always tell the difference between a good coffee and a regular one. ALFRED however, is phenomenal, I like to taste the coffee and not only it’s decent, its exceptionally addictive ✨
