  only gave one star because the coffee was great, but the customer service was awful. i asked the barista a question about the holiday drink and she gave me attitude and told me look up at the menu.

  Alfred seems to want to make you believe that their coffee is a luxury by making you wait for it. If the place is slow they just move slower to ensure you still wait. The coffee is ok but definitely NOT worth the wait. Will avoid in the future.

  Alfred Coffee at Westfield Topanga is such a solid spot. The vibe is effortlessly cool but still relaxed—perfect for a quick break or hanging out for a bit. Everything feels high-quality, from the space itself to the way the drinks are made, and the coffee is consistently great. Whether you’re grabbing something on the go or actually sitting down to enjoy it, it’s one of those places that just gets it right. Definitely a go-to when you’re at the mall.

  Alfred’s Coffee was really amazing from start to finish. The coffee was perfectly made and full of flavor, and the food was just as great—fresh, satisfying, and well worth it. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made the experience even better. Parking was easy and convenient, which is always a huge plus. Overall, everything was excellent—the atmosphere, the service, the drinks, and the food. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee spot. Coffee is wayyyy better than Starbucks, Dutch-Bro’s and Philz combine. Alfred’s coffee over any other !!

  Alfred Coffee at Westfield Topanga is consistently excellent. The coffee is top-notch—smooth, perfectly balanced, and always made with care. The staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, even during busy times. The space itself is clean, stylish, and a great spot to grab a quick coffee or hang out for a bit while shopping. It’s my go-to stop at the mall and never disappoints. Highly recommend!
