As customers who pay at this pricy place for decent food, we need to make it clear to them that we’re not having it. Give us the nice proportions you used to give. Fix the proportions and I will personally edit my review and write good reviews because I’ve always had good proportions from you guys.

The higher up was talking so loudly. It’s so inappropriate for so many reasons. Bad for customer experience, bad for team member experience and ultimately just not a good vibe. Have that conversation is private!
