  The ai machine got our order wrong, and we were too tired to notice—which is our fault. But the customer service was absolutely awful—coming from a teenager that works in the food industry. Tried to come off nice to the employee, but she continued to be rude, even said “Thank you, sorry about that!” And was blankly stared at, I get it, it’s annoying but it’s your job. If you hate it so much maybe don’t work there. So rude, that I feel like they could’ve spit in my food. You’re 30 working at a fast food joint, I promise: nothing is that serious. Why does a 16 year old have a better customer service than somebody that looks 30.

  Honestly go somewhere else. You know the food, it's taco bell. It's great for what it is, but the service at this place is abysmal. Came in at ten, we were refused service even though the drive through was open and we walked in the door. Manager refused to take order even though we were inside.

  Worst chalupa shell I have ever been served, this store should be ashamed of serving an inedible item like that. I know better than to go there close to closing time so this was a shocker to eat such a terrible thing at dinnertime. The drive thru automation is still annoying.
