Went in and no lanes were open and self check was closed as well. Set my things down in the self checkout area as I didn’t have a basket and was repositioning things in my arms when an associate named Jamie decided to yell at me that the area wasn’t open and I couldn’t check out there. I wasn’t trying to, but even if I had been, she should have tried offering assistance rather than yelling at me. So off put by such a rude interaction from staff first thing in the morning.
