Each time I finally go inside, it still takes another 10–20 minutes before I actually get my food. At that point, the purpose of curbside pickup is completely gone. Honestly, this is extremely frustrating and shows a serious problem with customer service and order management. I hope the store can fix these issues, because it shouldn’t take 30–40 minutes just to receive a curbside order.

Ordered the food and sat inside eating with my family. The tables and chairs were dirty and when I went up to the front to ask for a refill for my drink the lady proceeded to tell me they don't do refills. I was like excuse me.....since when can you not get a refill I would understand if I went threw the drive thru and came inside trying g to get one but I sat down inside to eat. DONT WASTE TIME GOING TO THIS ONE IF TOU WANT TO EAT INSIDE.
