- DDDJ3 days ago3.0They were too busy talking to take our order we were waiting for a while and was trying to get there attention before they finally decided to acknowledge us and take our order and of course we also had to let them know that the soda machines were empty and had to wait for that as well. The salad was good but the chicken was dry.

The only reason is because the guy name Marcus always makes them perfect. When I go other days when he’s not there my burrito lacks so now I make sure he’s on the clock to order. The reason I give it 4 stars for service and atmosphere is do to them not training others how to properly make a burrito. Also my burrito is always hot when Marcus makes it and kinda cold when the girl makes it. I hope pollo loco management see this so they’re aware of lack on consistency.
