- LLLinaMar 16, 20261.0I came and i see a guy and he didn't speak English, i told him that i can do speak Spanish and he leave me talking alone in the cashier area. Then the guy who was taking orders in the drive way came to me. I order. And then, at the kitchen they pass orders to orders to the drive thru and i asked for them to do my order, please... They look at me, rollerd they eyes and ignored me. More than 6 cars and nobody takes my order! I was shaking and worried thinking about that they will spit on my order. So bad. I feel bad for those employees. They behavior makes me think that they hate their jobs and Taco bell doesn't pay them the right way

Unfortunately, this has been the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The staff is consistently rude, it’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and their freeze machine has been out of order for at least three weeks. To make things worse, when I tried to speak to a manager, they just hung up on me. I really hope this location can do better.
