After receiving the wrong size and preparation for a simple two-item coffee order, the employee, Alejandra, was dismissive and rude when asked to correct the mistake. To resolve the $0.50 price difference, she requested I hand over my phone to be taken to another terminal—a major security concern. Another staff member, Hugo, watched the entire interaction without offering any help. The lack of basic customer service and common sense was disappointing. I will not be returning.

It felt like a big upgrade compared to the McDonald’s closer to the west side where I live. Staff was very friendly and accommodating while asking for sauces and water cups. There’s a school close by so lots of students. It felt like a safe place for the kids to come after school. Whoever manages this location, does a stellar job.
