We opened our doors in 1988, in the "caboose" of the old Country Mall, with just a few sandwiches and salads on our menu. Since then we have relocated, expanding both our establishment and our menu. We have become famous for having the best sandwiches in the area. Jill Persico, along with our amazing Loose Caboose staff, pride themselves on always serving quality food, having excellent customer service and making sure your dining experience is memorable. We offer incredible hot sandwiches, homemade soups, creative salads and specials that change daily. We serve a large array of drinks including both beer and wine. Kids and adults alike think our old fashion milkshakes are out of this world. You can either enjoy your lunch inside our Tuscan inspired dining room or out on our enchanted heated patio. Make your next lunch stop The Loose Caboose Cafe and start creating your own memories. We are a cash only restaurant, but we have an ATM on site.
