I got to the window and I paid for it and then when I got to the second windows were like yeah can I park you? We are still clicking your fries and chicken nuggets I said, of course, but when they have brought the food out to me, I didn’t check until after the fact, I left the chicken nuggets are hard as a rock and the french fries were not fresh. None of it was fresh. This is something that Williams McDonald’s really needs to work on every time I come to there nothing‘s ever refresh. It’s like I have to go in the store and literally bicker at them. I shouldn’t have to do that. They should automatically already get my food fresh. This one I had never happened if Irma was still there running it whoever you got running and now is obviously not doing a good job. This McDonald’s used to be the best and now it is the poorest when it comes to serving food, they do not have good quantity at all specially being cold all the time. I feel like this is something that everyone that works in McDonald’s, including the corporate should work on this. Does this used to be the best McDonald’s and now it’s ran down to the ground. As much money I spent, I am real disappointed in the food Quality my food should’ve been hot and fresh. That is why they parked me. Hope to see y’all do better, but I’m not sure if that’s ever gonna happen because all I heard is complaints about this McDonald’s all the time now.
