  I have frequented this McDonald’s so often because it’s right next to my house and almost every time something negative happens and I never leave a negative review because it’s McDonald’s and I know what I signed up for. HOWEVER, I feel so inclined today because the encounter I had was so ridiculous. First of all, I ordered three frozen cokes she handed me one and closes the door immediately. I have to wait for her to come back so I can finally tell her. Hey, you left two of my frozen cokes out. Doesn’t say anything just turns around and gets the other frozen cokes. She hands me the third one and mid air from the window to me passing it back, the lid completely comes off because it wasn’t securely popped on and spills all over my lap (and phone). Which honestly hey stuff happens and I wasn’t super pissed about it, but she AGAIN immediately closed the window so I had to wait there again for napkins and when I told her what happened she just stared at me. So i’m in a blind rage (internally), and I say hey, I’m not super angry, but you did just cause this whole drink to spill on my lap, usually people apologize for that sort of thing. and she stares at me again (I don’t know if she was stoned or has just never had a social interaction in her life) and just says “oh….sorry” (Mind you, completely devoid of a single thought behind her eyes). So now I’m even more upset but to not cause a scene, I drive off and called the manager (Chris) to let him know what happened because I do think there needs to be some customer service retraining there, And he literally could not give one single crap and didn’t even ask for the person‘s name. It’s very evident that this whole McDonald’s is run by 16-year-olds And if I were McDonald’s, I would not want whoever owns this particular franchise to be able to use my name.

  I am new to the area and have been doing deliveries for DoorDash and UberEats on top of my other work. I want to acknowledge the staff at this location for being friendly and kind. Most McDonald’s it feels like we’re treated like we don’t exist (which I get as I’ve had to get after other dashers for being rude/impatient). So thank you for being human, friendly, and kind. I’m grateful to the staff here.

  Honestly, I don’t know how hard it Is to work at McDonald’s but at 12 o’clock at night when there’s nobody in line and you make me go sit in a parking lot and wait at my order Just for you to get everything wrong Is absolutely ridiculous like how hard is it to read A ticket

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Deysi, and I feel she truly deserves recognition. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a very positive attitude. She was patient, attentive, and made sure she understood my order clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Deysi took the time to answer questions, double-checked that everything was correct, and made sure my order was prepared just the way I asked.
