As a United States Veteran, I’ve been to many places, but I have never been treated with the level of respect and genuine care that I received here. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The Manager and the young man at the counter. It wasn't just about the food—which was hot, fresh, and delicious—it was about the incredible hospitality and the way they honor those who have served. The team working the morning shift deserves a huge shout-out. They are a credit to this community and the WingStop brand. If you want great wings served by people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. Thank you, Wildomar WingStop, for the world-class treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

So when an item is missing because of their lack of care, we called and was told that they KNEW they intentionally did not add that side and gave extra ranch (how does that make sense), to make up for a missing side instead of telling the customer when we picked up. If you are going to give a free side anyways, why weren't we told at the store? I doubt corporate even cares for their lack of standards or even lack of training on basic customer care.

They combined the meat, put the sides together (which was cold), didn't give us any sauce (which I paid for extra), and they didn't have some soda flavors. When we discovered what was missing and called, the manager told a worker to say for us to come back, bring the food and he would replace it. I countered with make a note to give us a brownie on our next visit and we'll call it even. He said you have to come back today with the food. I'm done with them.
