The queso birria was 1/10. tough meat, cheese was over cooked unlike all other queso birria tacos anywhere, and was overloaded with toppings trying to compensate for the lack of flavor of the meat. For the carnitas. one of the tacos had a huge glob of pork fat that was actually really nasty to have and should have been seen by the person preparing the food to not have been in the taco. also completely loaded with toppings to compensate for pretty flavorless pork. Seems like a cool spot to have happy hour beers and watch sports but the food was really sub par.
