- CCCinthia CentenoFeb 9, 20261.0I'm writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase from your store. Today, Feb 8th, I bought a pint of pre-packed ice cream from your freezer section. Upon opening and tasting it, I found the flavor to be horrible and the texture crumbly. Upon inspection, I discovered the ice cream was 16 days past its printed expiration date. This is a clear violation of food safety standards and is frankly alarming. I attempted to resolve this issue by calling the store, but my complaint was not taken seriously. I was instructed to call back twice to speak with a manager, and despite waiting for an hour and a half, I have been unable to reach anyone. This lack of responsiveness to such a significant food safety concern is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I expect immediate attention to this matter and a proper resolution.

They were out of hot fudge for my sundae the first two times and had to substitute with chocolate syrup. The third time my husband and I went through the drive through and my sundae had no hot fudge or chocolate syrup. Not sure if they were out or just forgot. If they were still out they didn’t inform me otherwise I’d substitute for the chocolate syrup. They also got my husbands milkshake flavor wrong. Gave them a few chances but won’t be going back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
