Today, Feb 8th, I bought a pint of pre-packed ice cream from your freezer section. Upon opening and tasting it, I found the flavor to be horrible and the texture crumbly. Upon inspection, I discovered the ice cream was 16 days past its printed expiration date. This is a clear violation of food safety standards and is frankly alarming. I attempted to resolve this issue by calling the store, but my complaint was not taken seriously. I was instructed to call back twice to speak with a manager, and despite waiting for an hour and a half, I have been unable to reach anyone. This lack of responsiveness to such a significant food safety concern is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I expect immediate attention to this matter and a proper resolution.

Old couple behind us all in me and my families business for no reason because they can't learn to wait caused a seen over a cone and a bowl that the Old couple screwed up on. Talk about Karen's. And stormed out of the store like a 5year old not getting their way. Again employees did great! This Old couple acted like kids. Even my 8 yr old asked why are they throwing a fit over ice cream lol.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
