  I was helped by Marissa and she was so sweet and amazing we had a problem with our food and she fixed it with no hesitation even went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for a better service thank you so much Marissa ! You were amazing !!

  Very poor service. Ordered 1 breakfast sandwich To Go (with no customization); and it took 21 minutes from the time the order was placed to being ready for pick up. When I politely inquired what happened or why it took so long, they explained to me that they make the order based on "Ticket Time", and not based on the when the order was placed relative to others. So, if I ordered first, but then 12 people after me order an avocado toast (or similar) for example, they will make all those first, and I would have to wait, which I did. I saw at least 6 people who ordered after me pick up their breakfast orders before me. It was only when I made my presence known (again) that I was still waiting, that they started to make my one (1) breakfast sandwich. It was obvious they forgot, which I can understand - we are all human. However, it's better to be honest with customers and say you "missed it" "or "sorry!", than expounding on a technicality, which doesn't make sense at all. If it was a very large order, maybe. But not for 1 breakfast sandwich with no customization. Will order my breakfast elsewhere moving forward.

  After placing my order & paying for it the girl didn't tell me that I was to pick up the food all the way down at the end of the bldg where a sign was posted that said, "online orders", so I sat at a table & waited, & waited, & no one called my name( the girl that took my order asked for my name) so I walked down to where it said online orders & asked, " where do I pick up my order?" It was there & they were kind of rude when I asked for butter.
