  I walked in, placed my order on the screen, didnt gove me my receipt or my order number. Took 15 minutes for me to receive my "to go" order. As I was walking out, I took a sip of my coffee, and it was cold. Went back, and it took them about 5 minutes to get my hot coffee. When I got home, my sausage and egg bagel had no sausage, but instead had bacon. Fast food should not take 20 minutes, nor should there be so many mistakes. The manager was very nice, but it doesn't make up for the mistakes.

  We ordered on the app. Oder never came. No communication from the driver what so ever. It said my order was delivered...it was not. Everyone you call wants to point fingers in another direction. So I called the store and the manager not only didn't listen to me at all she proceeded to screem and threaten me. Then my wife tried to call and she did the same thing to her. If managers are this incompetent no wonder the employees suck! She definitely threatened the wrong person! I have spoken to corporate about her and I plan to see it though until something is done! Completely Unacceptable! I will be going to that store...let's see if she wants to threaten me to my face!!! Doubtful!!
