They tell you to use the kios to place and order but get upset when you tell them youre paying cash anyways and want a cashier to take your order. They only have one cashier and they are always busy running food but some how it takes 20mins to get your food. You actually have to stand there and keep asking for your food. I keep coming here because my kids love the play palace, so I have to deal with the service.
