The guy making the online orders made one and then went to the back. I thought he was refilling a meat or something real quick, but ended up waiting 25 minutes more. Guy came back with container of steak and a thermometer and went into the back again and came out and dumped the steak in the trash. The people in front of me in line left and the guy in front of them said he's been waiting for 50 minutes. Finally fed up and just wanted to leave and nobody could help me get my order refunded. Asked for a manager to address the complete lack of service and all I got back was "they said get a refund through the app". Go to any other location, this one sucks.
