Four young people were working there without much training; one of them was telling customers that they only accepted cash payments, two others were handling the food without gloves and touching everything, while the fourth, although wearing gloves, was also touching everything, even touching his face and then the food. The cashier was handling money and then the food, and giving out change. I know these young people aren't acting this way out of malice, but probably because they don't receive proper training, and the franchise owners are more concerned with making sales and keeping costs as low as possible.
- RTRemy ThomasDec 8, 20251.0I ordered a kids meal and to start my portion weren’t there. They were very small and weren’t even half of what they were supposed to be. I ordered the quesadilla with steak and it was not cooked all the way I had to send it back then I waited about five-ish minutes if not more for someone to come to the cash register to check us out. I stood there and watch them talk and laugh and mess around instead of ringing up their customers and taking care of their customers I then found a hair in my meal so I went back to get another meal. I should not have done that. I should’ve learned from the first one. I had to send my quesadilla back again because again it was not cooked. It was very much a mess in the workers clearly do not know how to take care of their customers or treat customers. They just want to have fun. I understand having fun and talking with your coworkers but is it it is another thing to do that versus prioritizing your customers and actually doing your job. This chipotle was very much a mess.
