    Place more staff at the to-go counter. Your staff literally shun & try not to look at the to-go desk. Bad management

    The men's bathroom are disgusting you are urinating in the bathroom standing in urine i told a worker he looked at me like I had a booger in my nose bad place to go the employees don't care

    I got there and they turn me and my friends away with a party of 6 thats horrible they blamed it on the dodger game. This is outrageous. How do you run out of food when the hours of operation is til 2 am I will never comeback to this spot because of this unruly experience.

    We’ve been going here quite frequently. However over time it has gotten really bad. We get there just a little before 4 and it’s not packed. I will literally stand there forever waiting for someone to come and get my name for seating which sometimes has taken about 10 min… thats just to put my name in !!! This last time i was told to seat myself anywhere to the left…. I had to sit at a dirty table because the other tables weren’t big enough… after waiting 20 min at the table thy took our order. My order was wrong and i was starving. They didn’t bother cleaning the table so when another one opened up we moved. They need way more servers and a meeting on customer service skills. Not coming here anymore it’s happened way too many times.
