I had to go back to work drinched becasue the lids here suck. The service here is great and the food is always good im just upset about the situation anf I cant go back since its during my lunch this happened. I took one bite of my fries and there went everything.

The coffee was delicious for your on-the-go variety of iced coffee. Chicken minis and mini hash browns hit the spot as expected. Always good chicken at chic-fil-a, lastly, parking was easy to get in and out of. Located near a store so plenty of stalls but wasnt crowded.

The only positive part of the experience was the girl who took my order—she was friendly, polite, and did her job well. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The order was wrong, and somehow everything that was confirmed upfront didn’t match what I actually received in the bag. This was especially frustrating in the drive-thru, where the whole point is to be quick and convenient. Instead of saving time, I ended up having to double-check everything because items were missing or incorrect. For a place that prides itself on accuracy and speed, this visit fell short. Friendly service at the order point doesn’t matter much if the execution afterward completely fails. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t live up to the Chick-fil-A standard.
