- HRHanna RoeJul 30, 20221.0When we came in little over 9PM There were two women employees, one was mopping the floor and one was behind the cashier. The mopping woman almost mopped our shoes because when we walked into the store she never stopped mopping the floor right in front of us and when we were ordering with the other woman, she miss understood our order and she never said sorry or anything she even stared at us with an extremely rude and annoyed look and she spoke extremely rude to us also. I really don’t understand how and why they can be so rude to customers and how they were hired for a servicing job In my eyes. The ice cream was good but their nasty attitude ruined everything. They were the most impolite people I've ever met. I’m never going to this baskin robbins again.
- LML. MooreSep 23, 20152.0I gave baskin Robbins 2 stars ONLY because I got there 30 min before closing and the door was closed! It was 930 not even 10! So I was very disappointed and I was craving ice cream all day. As I looked through the door I saw TWO people (workers) in there talking not even aware that my husband and I were in front of the door. I knocked on the door a little bit but the lady just looked at me and didn't even walk up to the door she just looked at me. It was very upsetting and I never got ice cream. I hope baskin robins takes my review seriously. I knew that baskin Robbins cost a lot but I was willing to spend some money on ice cream. Well baskin Robbins please see my review because I would like to go at 930 to get some ice cream!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
