  might just be the slowest Jamba Juice ever

  Usually wonderful but the worst experience this time. We always make an effort to stop by this specific Jamba Juice at Tejon Ranch on the way and back from socal to norcal. One of the reason we come back everytime is because the staffs are so nice and friendly and it's so hard for us to get the strawberry shortcake secret recipe to be made at normal Jamba Juice but they are willing to make it here and they make it one of the best we've ever had. We go to socal often so some of the staff members remembered us so it was starting to become a ritual to get Jamba Juice everytime. We also tip them $20 to show how much we appreciated them. We always stop here and recommend all our friends to take stops here too. We stopped by here on Friday and got amazing strawberry shortcake smoothies from the staffs there. It was so good that we stopped by again today on Sunday on our way back up to Norcal. We stood in line and someone wearing a green cap named Betty looked super irritated serving the Asian group before us. By the time it was our turn, she turned around after preparing some of the baked goods and asked if we were ready to order in a super rude tone. Already on a bad note. I asked if she can make the Strawberry Shortcake smoothie and she just said flat out no. I told her that its our favorite and we have the recipe and she was like no we don't do that here. I told her that we've had the other staffs made it for us before and she just kept saying 'no' with such a rude and disrespectful manner. I ended up getting the White Gummy but was so pissed because we didn't need to make the stop but we really enjoyed the smoothies here and the staffs are always so nice. I don't know if she just had a bad day or doesn't like Asians but it was such a terrible experience that I doubt I'll ever come back to that Jamba Juice again and stop supporting Jamba if they're this unwelcoming for their staffs to make their own secret recipes. It's honestly such a shame because the other staff members were so nice and I do wish the best for them. And for Betty, have the day you deserve.

  Just a good area to rest and get a smoothie. We didn't have any issues. The service is fine.
