Pay attention to details. My bagel was cold and soggy. I asked for double toasted. It came with tomatoes. Didn't ask for tomatoes. My wife's cheese was cold. Not melted. Ordered an Oktoberfest bagel. Supposedly they ran out of pretzel bagels. Employees looked tired and annoyed. Not happy. Not friendly. Won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
