- IAIilxcrazy aznJan 2, 20261.0I hope the manager sees this. It was the most disappointing experienced ever. I always go here since it’s the nearest location. Anyway I went to this location(drive thru) today, asked if they have the mini tote, he said no. Okay, since I was there mind as well order a drink. As I was driving up to pay I saw an employee walking out with a mini tote😂 I asked the guy at the drive thru again to confirm and showed him the picture of the promotion, he straight out said “no we don’t have it here”. Hmm…if he had said “sorry we’re out” I wouldn’t be this mad, but he actually said “we don’t have it here”. The whole team at the location, at this hour heard me since I made my order at the drive thru. Makes me believe they’re all in it together. Like they’re holding back the items for their friends family or maybe resell. This is not good for the company if there are employees like them. I feel like I’m being scammed. Drove all the way there for nothing. Will I believe in future promotions? I might’ve to rethink about it. If you advertise there will be free with purchase, then make sure the customers get them too. It was a bit disappointing. Can’t believe people do this. This never happened to me at other places.

After saying hello to the speaker multiple times someone asked for our order and once we went to the window to pay they said the item we wanted was "discontinued". I go to dunkins a lot and I know this is an item they always sell so it was just that they didn't want to make it out of laziness. (Sometimes workers make this exact excuse to get out of having to make the food) I understand but its frustrating as a customer. Drinks were good though so there's that.

Unfortunately, this branch consistently has the SLOWEST service I’ve experienced in any drive thru around the Huntington Beach and Westminster areas. I really hope they find a way to improve their turnaround service times.

The only reason I decided to finally write a review is because I have created a close bond to one of the staff members working the night shift. Her name is Annie, she’s been working here ever since I started coming to get my weekly dozen of vanilla frosted with sprinkles donuts. She always remembers my order. She’s super help when it comes to choosing a drink from the plethora of different drinks Dunkin’s has to offer. Over time, I’ve started to look forward to see her there when I get my order. As well as the other staff members, they are all very nice people. The inside is always very clean and not messy like other locations. I recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts location if you’re in the area.
