Talked to 2 employees inside the store on how to add the code. They were adamant that they couldn't do anything. Asked if they could cancel the order and I'd order again in store with the code. Again told me they couldn't do anything and I need to cancel on the app. Went back to the website to cancel but the live agent on the support feature wouldn't respond to my messages. Refreshed a couple times and the AI agent just gave me random options without transferring to another live agent. Super disappointed in Chipotle. The only reason I even ordered was to support the school. Never going back again as you guys can't even honor that.
