Great Pizza, definitely had good quality. A bit pricey, but worth it if you like quality. Ours was a square pan style pizza (almost like Sicilian). Dripping in Grease and very delicious. The pepperoni cupped up well, while having a nice substantial texture to it. This style tends to be a little doughy. If that’s not for you, then they also had a New York style.

The pizza looked great! Would have been nice to have had some. I gave up after 10 minutes of waiting in line. The problem wasn't the amount of people in front of me, there was a small group out Agoura high school kids skattered and joking with the kid behind the counter, but the sheer lack of interest from the kid behind the counter to manage the line. I was never acknowledged nor was the line moving (again 10 minutes).
Too many pizza restaurants to bother with this place again.

Just had Prince St Pizza and WOW what an awesome experience. Not only is the food stellar, but the customer service is absolutely amazing. Chris went above and beyond when it comes to friendly service. I will definitely be coming back and inviting my friends to come here with me!

Had a very unpleasant experience. I’ve never been here, but I saw there was a lot of popularity over this place so I wanted to try it I placed an online order ahead of time with very specific instructions. I arrive to a line of a few people and no one acknowledges me and welcomes me as I walked in. I visited the pickup spot for online orders. I had mentioned that I was picking up, but Chris, who later revealed himself to be the manager, completely ignored me. After the entire line had been served and I had repeatedly mentioned my pickup, I was finally served.
When I opened the box, I was shocked to find that it was all messed up and did not follow my detailed instructions. Frustrated, I expressed my disappointment, but Chris suddenly changed his demeanor. He offered to remake the pizza, but I declined because I was already too frustrated with the service and did not have any more time to deal with them.
Despite my frustration, Chris promptly gave me a refund, which I requested. However, the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the lack of customer service. They didn’t offer any assistance until about 15 minutes after I arrived, and only after I had explained my frustration. A suggestion would be to have two lines for everything. All pickups (Online, delivery services, in store) and an ordering line with a cashier. Not three different lines to confuse people. Also they could use more employees as everyone looked very stressed.
Chris then decided to change from ignorant to manager mode. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the pizza because I was in a hurry and just wanted the refund after this chaotic experience. Based on the looks of the by the slices behind the glass, it looked like the slices have been out since they opened.
The one good thing about the location was that there is plenty of seating and atmosphere is bright and decorated well. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. They had several claw machines for the littles with fun trinkets for them to win.
Given my recent experience, I don’t see myself returning to this restaurant anytime soon. It’s a shame because this place looked really nice to take a family to. I will be supporting Freda’s instead! They have really good prices and have fantastic customer service and pizza!

Before the pandemic, I had the Spicy Spring when it was a challenge to get one of their pizzas. It was great! Fast forward to 2026.
Clearly, Prince Street has grown, and you can tell by the commercial taste in its Grandma style Mercer Margherita. Bland crust, rubbery cheese, and the sauce was just ok. I probably should've gotten one of their Sicilian slices. Something tells me though Prince Street has cut quality to maintain those pre-pandemic profit numbers. Many food businesses are having to do that, which is a shame.
I don't think I'll be back any time soon, especially when Two Doughs is right around the corner. Now, that pizza is fantastic!
