Five stars, no hesitation. Chef Hugo absolutely delivered from start to finish. . We started with the oysters and sea urchin. Both were incredibly fresh and clean. The oysters had that perfect briny snap, and the uni was buttery and rich without being overpowering. You can tell Chef Hugo cares about quality and sourcing. The salt encrusted sea bass was a showstopper. Perfectly flaky and moist, with a presentation that made it feel special. We had so much more as we shared all the plates. And every dish was amazing. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. Exceptional food, strong execution, and service that matched the quality on the plate. Easily a five star experience.

We recommended this hotel to a friend visiting from San Francisco and we had brunch at this restaurant. My wife had a $28 fluffy omelette which was not fluffy because it was over cooked and tasteless. I had a $26 egg Benedict which is two poached eggs on 3 pieces of green on 2 halves English muffin. Granted I’ve asked for sauce on the side, the Benedicts had no taste. It’s bad that we were paying Four Seasons prices but the quality was worst than Denny’s. Topping it off, we ordered our food at 11:00 am, the food did not arrive until 11:45. Our waiter tried to remedy the experience by giving us complimentary coffees when we closed the tab but the damage was done.

Just not the experience you expect at a Four Seasons. The steak was flavorless and charred. The food is very uninteresting but heavy. The service is chaotic. The drinks are also very mid. Just disappointed after two attempts.

We were there last night. Party of 6. Service was excellent. We sat outside on the patio and it was lovely. From the bread to desserts, everything was well presented and great flavors! We didn’t sit at the bar, but it looks like a fun place to sit!
