  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one having issues with the same employee. The short-haired older woman who appears to be the manager (picture shown below) is incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She clearly does not care about customers or representing this business in a positive way. She spoke to me with attitude from the start, couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu, and was zero help throughout the entire interaction. What really crossed the line was her behavior in front of my children—she actually stuck her tongue out at me, which was shocking and unacceptable for someone in a management position. On top of that, she failed to ring up an item my daughter ordered (avocado toast), then laughed it off like it was no big deal. To make matters worse, all of our drinks were made incorrectly. When I expressed frustration, a younger employee told me not to be “mean,” which was completely inappropriate considering the situation and how we were treated from the beginning. Whoever owns or oversees this location needs to take these reviews seriously. This employee is damaging your business and reputation in the Westlake area. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’, and I will be filing a corporate complaint.

  This is the first time that my husband and I and my daughter Jasmine who's visiting from Nashville Tennessee are coming in and having donuts and a coffee we're just spending the day out here in a beautiful Oxnard

  I haven't had 1 fresh donut ever there. Everytime I've gone, and I usually are in before 7am the donuts taste cold and stale. Don't ever try the packaged bagels and breakfast sandwiches. So disappointed, this was my last visit! Bummer.

  Just like many of other reviews from customers, the older woman that seems to be the “manager” is an absolute disgrace. Rude, nasty, lacks the basic skills to properly deal with the public. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. In fact, if you had the misfortune to deal with this MONSTER, call Dunkin corporate and place a formal complaint.
